Your mission
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting demo calls to showcase Passcreator’s features and benefits to potential customers.
• Leading onboarding calls with new customers to assist them in setting up and configuring their Passcreator accounts.
• Delivering training sessions for new customers to help them effectively use Passcreator and meet their individual requirements.
• Utilizing technical understanding to identify and explain the right functionalities of Passcreator for customer needs.
• Supporting customers in using Passcreator, addressing questions, and finding solutions to any issues.
• Proactive customer engagement and success measurement to ensure customers achieve their goals with Passcreator and maximize platform usage.
• Advising customers on the use of the Passcreator API and integrations to meet their specific requirements and create additional value.
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Technical understanding and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
